Sanitation and Kitchen Issues for Adult Day Care.

1. Clean eating area thoroughly before meals are served. A bleach/water solution ideal.

2. Ensure no food or eating utensils touched by staff without gloves.

3. Remove excess food from floor and tables immediately, for good pest control.

4. Ensure all utensils used to serve food and eat with are sanitized after the meal before they can be used again, preferably in commercial dishwasher with heat drying.
